Refunds and Cancellations
For all programs offered at Wayside Racquet and Swim Club there are no refunds. A credit will be issued that can be used for future programs.
Request for credits must be made to the administer in charge of the program (See list below.)
A Credit Certificate, valid for one year from date of issue will be sent out via USPS within approximately 2 weeks after confirmation of your request.
If you cancel from a class you will receive a credit in the form of a credit certificate.

If you cancel at least 7 days before the class starts you will receive 80% of the fee you paid for the class in the form of a gift certificate.

If you cancel within 6 days of the first class (Either before or after the first class) you will receive 60% of the fee you paid for the class in the form of a gift certificate.

If you cancel after the second class you will receive 40% of the fee you paid for the class in the form of a gift certificate.

If you cancel after the 3rd class there will be no credit for the class.
